Our Service uses a One-Time Password (OTP) login system via email. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your email account and ensuring that only you can access the OTP sent to your email address.

3.3 Account Security

• Maintain the security of your email account used for OTP login.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
• Take responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
• Log out from your account at the end of each session when using shared devices.

Dyno List will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations.

4. User Content

4.1 Content Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to the Content you create, upload, or store through the Service. By submitting Content to the Service, you grant Dyno List a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

4.2 Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your Content and the consequences of posting or publishing it. You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to use and authorize Dyno List to use your Content.
• Your Content does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyright, contract rights, intellectual property rights, or any other rights of any person or entity.
• Your Content does not contain malicious code, viruses, or other harmful components.

4.3 Content Monitoring

Dyno List does not pre-screen Content but reserves the right (but not the obligation) to monitor and edit or remove any Content provided through the Service.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service:

6. Collaboration Features

6.1 Invitation System

The Service allows you to invite others to collaborate on tasks and lists via email invitation links. You are responsible for ensuring that those you invite comply with these Terms.

6.2 Shared Content

When you share Content with others through the Service, those individuals may be able to view, edit, or delete that Content. You are responsible for managing sharing permissions appropriately.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Service Ownership

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Dyno List and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

7.2 Trademarks

Dyno List, the Dyno List logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Dyno List or its affiliates or licensors. You must not use such marks without the prior written permission of Dyno List.

8. Termination

8.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at info@dynolist.com.

8.2 Termination by Dyno List

Dyno List may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach these Terms.

8.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us at info@dynolist.com.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

9.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the service is free of viruses or other harmful components.

9.2 Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Dyno List, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
